Welcome to Mayhem Barbers. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, visiting our premises, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be made online, by phone, or in person.

Clients are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary, including for inappropriate behaviour.

All appointments are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.
Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Pricing & Payments

Payment is required at the time services are provided unless prepaid.
We accept approved payment methods available in-store.
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

We take pride in the quality of our services.

If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment to be eligible for a complimentary adjustment.

Refunds are not typically provided for completed services and are granted only at management’s discretion.

5. Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

We do not accept returns on:

Opened or used products
Gift cards

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Expiry dates apply where stated.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must inform their barber of any relevant allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their service.

Mayhem Barbers is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on our premises.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and images are the property of Mayhem Barbers and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayhem Barbers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
