Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment.

We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure your haircut or grooming service meets your expectations.
Adjustments must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment.
Refunds are generally not provided for completed services, as time and expertise have already been allocated.

We encourage clients to communicate clearly with their barber during the service to ensure the best possible outcome.
2. Refunds for Services
Refunds for services are considered only in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of management.
Refunds will not be provided if:

You change your mind after the service is completed.
You decide you prefer a different style after leaving the shop.
You fail to communicate dissatisfaction during or shortly after the appointment.

3. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for the following:

At least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).
No-shows may be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:

We will do our best to accommodate you.
Your service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

5. Retail Products (If Applicable)
We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products
Gift cards

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Policy Updates
Mayhem Barbers reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
